• Booking for a child or dependant?

  If you're booking for a dependant, please book the appointment with your account using your name and email address, and indicate your child's name in the notes field.

• Choice of physician and appointment

  In fitting with our team-based approach, appointments are booked with the first available healthcare provider. If you don't see your appointment type listed, phone us to book your appointment instead.

• Cancellation policy

  Missed or cancelled appointments without 24 hour notice will be subject to a $20 fee.

• Non-emergencies only!

  If you have an emergency, please go to your nearest emergency department or call 911.

• Appointments are virtual

  Unless your appointment is a well baby or pregnancy visit, appointments are virtual. You will be sent instructions to join the telephone call or Banty video to meet with your health care practitioner.
